RETURN and SHIPPING policy

1. When Returns Are Accepted

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if a garment arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the description (e.g., major flaw, missing ceramic accent, stitching defect).

  • All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
     

2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

  • Shipped back within 14 days after receiving the return authorization
     

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Because Fyshell is an online-only, handmade luxury brand, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method — Fyshell is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
     

4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it qualifies as a defect or error.

  • If approved, we will process a full refund or exchange, minus the originally charged shipping (unless we made an error).

  • If not approved (e.g. minor handmade variation, customer changed mind), the item will be returned to the customer at their expense — or a partial refund/store credit may be offered at our discretion.
     

5. No Returns for Handmade Variation

  • As our garments are handmade, natural variations in texture, color, stitching, and shape are expected and are not considered defects — therefore they are not valid reasons for return or refund.
     

6. International Orders & Duties

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees on return shipments. These costs are non-refundable.
     

7. Return Exceptions

  • Personalized or heavily customized pieces (e.g. custom sizing, custom embellishments) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

  • Sale items (discounted or promotional) are also final sale unless there is a verified defect.
